Your information enables us to counteract any violations at an early stage and to reduce damage to our company, our employees and our business partners. 

How to report a case

Use this form to provide specific information about violations of AUVESY-MDT's Code of Conduct. This includes in particular:

  • Occupational safety, health protection
  • Data protection
  • Discrimination, harassment, bullying
  • Financial offenses, e.g. fraud, theft

Decide for yourself whether you want to formulate your report anonymously or mention your name. In order to be able to react, we ask you to describe your report as concretely and completely as possible. Therefore, please consider the W-questions in your description:

What? When? How? Where? Who?

AUVESY-MDT ensures that whistleblowers do not suffer any disadvantages due to their report made to the best of their knowledge and belief.

What incident would you like to report?

Ideally: the company mediator

Anonymous reports are one way of providing us with information about possible compliance incidents. However, in the spirit of an open corporate culture, we encourage every employee to first contact the company mediator. As a third party, please contact your respective business partner at AUVESY-MDT.

What happens once you have filed a compliance case?

All reports are received and investigated by our Compliance Team, consisting of the CFO Jochen Schütte and Head of People&Culture Melanie Mohrbacher. We take all reports very seriously and assure you that they will be dealt with swiftly and confidentially. What does compliance mean?

Compliance is the observance of legal and internal company rules (e.g. Code of Conduct). Compliance with these regulations applies to all employees.

What violates compliance?
  • All criminal acts against laws, e.g. theft, fraud, discrimination, bribery, etc.
  • Violations of internal company regulations
  • Non-compliance with the Code of Conduct

  • All employees of AUVESY-MDT
  • All business partners, customers
  • Any third party
Can a report be disadvantageous for me?

No. Provided the incident was reported to the best of our knowledge and in good faith, the whistleblower will not have to fear any disadvantages. In addition to this, you always have the option of reporting a violation anonymously. Reports with specific personal details will also be treated confidentially.

What is the right way for me to behave?

The AUVESY-MDT Code of Conduct defines the daily actions of all employees. It covers topics such as fair treatment of colleagues and business partners, confidentiality and environmental protection.
